What costs are involved?
Intelligent Health offers individualized hormone replacement therapy and treatments. This is not a “one size fits all” approach. Our programs are tailored to each person and his or her goals.
Do you accept health insurance?
Unfortunately Medicare has problems we can’t fix and most insurance companies do not cover preventative medicine and wellness. Therefore, we don’t accept health insurance, medicare, or medicaid.
Will I automatically qualify for treatment?
No. We treat patients with hormone deficiencies and patients that are symptomatic. There are some contraindications that prevent a patient from being a candidate for hormone therapy. This is individualized treatment and each candidate is fully evaluated.
How do I start a visit?
Appointments can be scheduled online via our website or by calling the office.
The first visit is your initial consultation with your medical provider to discuss symptoms, past medical history, and obtain lab work. Labs can be done on site or at LabCorp or Quest facilities. New patient forms are emailed to you to complete prior to your first appointment.
At your second visit, your lab findings will be reviewed with you and you will work with your medical provider to develop your individualized treatment plan. Any medications will be ordered at this time and shipped directly to your home. You will have regular follow up labs and appointments.
